Your order, at a glance
- Open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email from Fidget Prime.
- Select the order-status or tracking link in that email.
- If your order has more than one shipment, check each tracking number.
Tracking can take time to show the carrier’s first scan. If you need help, email info@fidgetprime.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
