Fidget Prime ships to Canada. All prices and shipping charges are in Canadian dollars.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is $4.95 CAD for orders below $75 CAD and free for orders of $75 CAD or more. Eligibility is based on the order value used at checkout after discounts. The final delivery charge is shown before you pay.
Order confirmation
You should receive an email confirming that we have received your order within 24 hours of placing it. If you have not received it after 24 hours, check your spam folder and contact info@fidgetprime.com. An order-received confirmation is not a dispatch confirmation.
Order review and delivery estimates
We review orders each business day and check availability. Order confirmation and order review are separate from dispatch.
Our estimated delivery window is usually 8–15 days after your order ships. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates, and do not include time before dispatch. If your order has not arrived more than 15 days after shipment, contact us so we can investigate. You may contact us sooner with any concern; this follow-up threshold does not restrict your statutory rights.
Fulfillment and tracking
Items in the same order may be shipped separately and arrive on different days. When a parcel ships, its tracking details are added to the order status page and shipping notification.
Import duties, taxes and clearance fees
Orders may be subject to import duties, import taxes and carrier customs-clearance or handling fees. Any such charges that are legally payable by the recipient are the customer’s responsibility, unless expressly included in the checkout total. These charges may be collected separately by customs authorities or the carrier. We do not guarantee that small or low-value orders will be exempt. This does not replace any sales-tax collection obligation of Fidget Prime or limit your statutory consumer rights.
Delivery questions
For a delivery problem, an incorrect address or a missing parcel, contact info@fidgetprime.com with your order number. Fidget Prime remains responsible for helping resolve your order; we are your point of contact. Applicable statutory delivery and cancellation rights are preserved.
